Because we planted the garden so much later this year we are just now getting some cucumbers and green beans. They were worth the wait though...we steamed the green beans and peeled and sliced some cucumbers with dinner tonight. It was all good! Our corn is getting pretty tall and the tomatoes are coming along.
Good thing we had a healthy dinner since we are going down to the park in a bit to eat our fried bread and watch the fireworks. It is pretty windy outside so I hope it settles down before the fireworks later on tonight.
This morning the parent group walked in the parade. Alyssa walked and Aubrey rode her bike. Aubrey was having a hard time trying to ride her bike and throw candy but she still managed to ride her bike the whole time.

Your goodies look great. I had my first tomato from my garden with my salad tonight.
Your garden beat ours by a long shot. The only thing we have had so far is zucchini.
